With decades of experience growing and managing businesses,
Una combines strategic vision with results-oriented leadership.
She spent over twenty-five years in financial services, primarily at Goldman Sachs. There, she served as a Managing Director, leading high-performing teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and building trusted relationships with global financial institutions.
In 2015, Una co-founded Opis Partners, a women-owned real estate
development firm, applying her leadership, strategic execution,
and problem-solving skills to both construction and early-stage
investing. Unique among executive coaches, she draws on
experience from both large and small organizations to guide
her clients effectively.

Una completed her coaching studies at Columbia University
and is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
She holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a
BA in Economics from Kenyon College, where she serves as
a Trustee. She and her husband live in Manhattan and she
is the proud mother of two daughters—one a graduate of
Cornell University and the other a student at Colby College.
